Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai
Required Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieves area sales by contributing area sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements and implementing changes.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Exceptional customer facing/listening skills and the ability to coach the same within the team.
  • Energetic and charismatic sales leadership skills that can motivate both an internal and external sales team to meet quarterly objectives and strategic goals.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Accounts with extensive relationships and the ability to build relationships
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in working all facets of enterprise market sales. Existing relationships can be leveraged immediately to gain mindshare and market share for products and services.
  • Experience with networking products, solutions, markets and competition.
  • Experience in developing and implementing a successful go-to-market plan and multiyear (three years) business/sales plan.
  • Experience building and developing a high performing team sales professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Skilled at resolving complex negotiations with various channel partners and internal stakeholders under time pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing and public speaking.
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.
  • Expertise in a broking house and building broking channels with trade understanding.
  • Ability to think long-term, process nurture mindset, and cross-cultural sensitivity.

Position: Relationship Manager
Location: New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai
Required Experience: 1+ Year (Fresher with Zeal to make career in the same field can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building a channel of high net worth individuals and brokers who would invest and trade.
  • Provide information to clients on a daily basis related to trading and market movements.
  • Educate clients regarding online self-trade.
  • Increase the channel through references and other sources.
  • Follow in house research reports, company news, and track company performance.
  • Ensuring training of brokers as per business requirements
  • Ensuring business and regulatory hygiene standards, in face of business pressure.
  • Ensuring Brokers are motivated and build a long term connect with the company
  • MBA desirable but NOT Mandatory if experience is more than 1 year.
  • Graduates with a great track record in building Client and Broker networks are welcome.
  • NISM and NCFM is Preferred but NOT Mandatory
  • Should have very good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Should have a passion for a career in Sales and Business Development.

Position: Tele Caller
Location: New Delhi
Required Experience: 6 Months and more (Fresher with good communication skills can apply)

Job Description
  • Making calls to understand whether there is a requirement for a particular product /service to our clients.
  • Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team.
  • Maintaining call reports and recording discussions with the clients in the format specified.
  • Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone.
  • Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results.
Job Requirements
  • Good communication skill (English, Hindi) and good convincing skills.
  • More than 6 months experience in outbound Tele Sales/ Tele-calling.(Fresher with good communication skills can be considered for this position.)
  • Qualification- undergraduate / graduation.
  • Gender- male & female both can apply.
